The second China CRM Forum and The Award Presentation of Best CRM Practice in China 2003, jointly launched by the authoritative CRM consultation organizations, GreaterChinaCRM and CRMGuru.com, was convened smoothly on 30th and 31st of March 2003 at Shanghai International Convention Center.

During this two-day forum, authoritatives of the CRM industry from different parts of the world were invited to gather at Huangpu Riverside, to speak freely about the trends of CRM in China, to exchange ideas and suggestions on the correct concept of CRM and to discuss futher about the blueprint of CRM development, together with over 200 representatives and forum participants from various enterprises.
