How Far Away Is China From Global CRM Standards? |
The above topic was well received when I last spoke at Singapore Ideas Asia! 2005 and Shanghai China CRM Forum. CNBC also conducted an interview with me on that. I am going to present it to Tokyo CRM Association Japan when I attend their Forum next week. Needless to say, everybody is interested to know where China is in the life long battle of CRM.
