The 24-page CRM Software Vendors' Evaluation - Survey Perspective is ready. The survey was conducted between 17 February to 25 May 2005, with online and off-line survey comprised of rating scale and open-end questions. Ten major vendors were selected for evaluation - Siebel, SAP, Oracle, SalesLogix, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, Kingdee, Ufida, PowerCRM and TurboCRM.
